After a year off, the Upshur Street Arts Fair is back! If you’re crafty, artsy, and just downright genius at what you do, sign up now and get your craft on: Throw down a mean ceramic bowl, get those knitting needles clicking double time, and put that glue gun to work at last. Yes, we brought up the glue gun.
Here’s the deal:
1. You have to be a DC-area based artist.
2. Your work must fall within the visual and plastic arts.

3.Your work must be all self-made.

4.Your items can be moderately priced.

5.The cut-off date to sign up is November 20, so don’t delay!
*Special consideration will be given to artists using recycled materials.

When: Saturday, December 11, 2010, 11am-4pm
Where: 800 block of Upshur Street, NW in Petworth DC
Who: This year’s event is co-sponsored by Domku Bar & Cafe and CoreHaus DC
Cost: $25 (Neither Domku nor Corehaus takes a cut of your sales. The fee is used to offset permitting and overhead costs for the event)
